Terms of service

1. What the service is

HakunaXTR Media provides access to a streaming service delivering live television channels and on-demand content over the internet. We provide the access credentials and the servers. You provide the internet connection and the device.

We do not sell hardware, and we do not supply modified applications or preloaded devices.

2. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential. In particular:

• Your playlist URL contains your username and password. Do not publish or share it.
• Credentials found to be in use by multiple households may be suspended.
• You must give accurate contact details so we can reach you about the service.
• Tell us promptly if you believe your credentials have been compromised. Reissuing them is free.

3. Permitted use

Residential subscriptions are for private viewing within one household. Public screening — in a bar, restaurant, hotel, gym, waiting room or any other space open to the public — requires a separate commercial agreement. See IPTV for business.

4. Connections and fair use

A standard subscription includes 1 simultaneous connection: one stream at a time. The player may be installed on any number of devices. Additional connections are available and are quoted separately.

Automated access, rebroadcasting, recording for redistribution and reselling access are not permitted without a written reseller agreement.

5. Payment and renewal

• Subscriptions are prepaid for the term selected.
• Access begins when payment clears and credentials are issued.
• Nothing renews automatically. We contact you before a term ends; continuing is your decision.
• Prices may change, but never within a term you have already paid for.

6. Refunds and cancellation

Refunds are governed by our refund policy, which forms part of these terms. In summary: within 7 days, where the service cannot be made to work on your connection and we cannot resolve it.

You may stop using the service at any time. Because subscriptions are prepaid and do not auto-renew, there is nothing to cancel — the term simply ends.

7. Availability

We target 99.9% availability and work to maintain it, but we do not warrant uninterrupted service. Individual channels depend on third-party sources and may change or become unavailable without notice.

Scheduled maintenance is announced in advance where practical.

8. Content and third-party rights

We do not own the content carried on the service. Channel availability reflects arrangements with third parties and may change.

If a rights holder notifies us that content must be removed, we remove it. Our approach to this is described in is IPTV legal?.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you have paid for the current subscription term. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of enjoyment of a specific broadcast.

Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

10. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate a subscription where:

• Credentials are shared beyond one household or offered publicly.
• The service is used commercially without a commercial agreement.
• The acceptable use policy is breached.
• Payment is reversed or disputed without contacting us first.

Where a suspension is our error, access is restored and the term extended by the time lost.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Material changes are notified by email to active subscribers, and the date at the top of this page always reflects the current version. Continuing to use the service after a change constitutes acceptance.
