How the line-up is organised
Open any IPTV player for the first time and the volume is the problem, not the content. Ours is grouped so the first thing you see is usable.

Most players let you hide groups you will never open. Doing that once, on day one, is the single biggest improvement you can make to daily use — and it is why the raw channel count matters so little.
What channel counts do and do not tell you
Every provider advertises a total, and every total is inflated in the same four ways. Knowing them makes the numbers readable.
- Regional duplicates. One network with 30 regional variants counts as 30 channels.
- Quality duplicates. The same channel listed as SD, HD and FHD counts three times.
- Event placeholders. Feeds that only carry anything during a specific match, counted year round.
- Dead entries. Channels that stopped working months ago and were never removed.
We publish 18,000+ using the same convention everybody else does, because a deflated number next to inflated ones just reads as a smaller service. Live, on-demand and catch-up are three different things
Players present them in separate sections, and they behave differently when something goes wrong.

If one channel fails but everything else works, that is a source issue and worth reporting rather than troubleshooting. If nothing opens, it is almost always your login or your app — start with the help centre.

Not a wish list — the eight or so you would notice losing. Most households name fewer than ten.
Send them to support

Confirm them yourself during the trial
Open every one on the free trial, at peak time. A confirmation in chat is not the same as a channel that opens at 8pm on a Saturday.
Premium sport, regional news and non-English channels vary most between providers. Mainstream entertainment channels almost never do — so spend your questions on the first three categories.
Where the line-up changes
A channel list is not static. Broadcasters restructure, rights move between networks, and some feeds are geo-restricted at source. Any provider claiming a permanently fixed list is describing something that does not exist.
What you should expect instead is notice: when a channel goes for good, you should be told, and if it was one of the reasons you subscribed, that should be treated as a reason to talk about your plan rather than a change buried in a group list.
