What we do
HakunaXTR is an IPTV service: a subscription that gives you live television channels and an on-demand library, streamed to the devices you already own. We have been doing it since 2021.
Alongside the service, we publish the guides on this site — set-up, player apps, troubleshooting and the basics. They exist because most of our support volume was the same questions repeating, and a written answer serves people better than a chat window at midnight.
Who writes this
We install, test and support IPTV set-ups every day — on Fire Sticks, Roku boxes, Android players and smart TVs. Everything on this site is written from that work. Every guide here comes out of support work rather than research — which is why the troubleshooting pages are ordered by how often each cause turns out to be the real one, not by how technical it sounds.
If something on this site is wrong or out of date, tell us and we will fix it. That happens more often than you might expect: apps change, stores remove players, and a guide that was accurate last year can quietly stop being accurate.
What we will not claim
Four things, stated so you can check us against them.
- That we are “100% legal everywhere”. Licensing varies by territory and by channel. Our position is set out in is IPTV legal?.
- That it never buffers. Nobody can promise that, because your connection is half of the equation.
- That the channel count means something. It is counted the same way everyone else counts, and we say so on the channels page.
- That you should buy the annual plan first. We recommend a trial, then a month, then a longer term — which earns us less up front.
How to hold us to it
Our own provider checklist is written to be used on us. The tests are: ask for a trial without card details, send us your must-have channels, time our reply, read our refund policy before paying, and check the guide during the trial.
If any of those goes badly, that is useful information about us and you should act on it. Publishing the test and then failing it would be a strange way to run a business.
